The Sound Healing Meditation will be lead by Katina, a certified yoga teacher (CYT) having obtained her 200 hours yoga certification from Onyx Yoga Studio (Warren NJ)in 2018. She practices and teaches a range of yoga styles, including restorative, yin,, heath, vinyasa, pranayama and meditation. In addition, she practices the subtle art of Tibetan Singing Bowls. In her healing sessions, she infuses sound healing, music, breath work, Reiki and yoga philosophy. When Katina is not on her mat, you will find her in nature, traveling or drinking lots of tea.
